DeepBarbell is an iOS mobile app that uses deep learning to track the barbell.
It works from the front and side, allows you to record during training and upload old videos.
The user interface displays the ascent, pause and descent time of each individual rep, along with the velocity, range of motion and how much you shifted from side to side.
If you have a video of an old max effort lift, we can use the velocity of that lift, along with 3 warmups on a given day to calculate your daily 1RM and the expected RPE lifts of that day.
